I dont know how much u can back, but ik it works with tiles, no info about entities./oh wait, it would still back the tile action, would not return moving map.
there also autosave.map idk every x min.(u has it in maps/ folder)
try to load map and type autosave.map. If ur last action has no such big time difference and if it not autosaved "move the whole map" action.
Only way to recover is loading a previously saved map. Either manually saved or autosave.

Unfortunately you can't undo the "move whole map" action. Everything you move out of the map bounds using that function is lost.
Only way to recover is loading a previously saved map. Either manually saved or autosave.

DC so i should make a new map ?
i took a long time to make this map
DC , can you fix "move whole map" problem soon ?
There are no plans to work on the "move whole map" feature. Also changing it in any way wouldn't help to bring back your map. That's technically impossible because the data isn't saved anywhere. Sorry about that.
I guess the only thing you can do is to move the map back and manually re-create the parts you deleted accidentally.
General advice: Always save your work. Especially before trying features that you don't know.
yeah, your map is fucked, best you can do is to fix it with your hands or check out autosave.map may be it saved just in right time

So you saved your map AFTER destroying it with "move whole map"? I'm sorry but then the data is lost and can't be restored (unless autosave.map contains a good version. You should load and check that file in your map editor). You should have saved your map BEFORE trying out weird tools. Not after destroying it.

also idk how to check the "autosave.map" i only saw "autosave.map" while i was editing the map before losing it , it was coloured with green and i saw it for a while also idk what "autosave.map" doing
Regarding autosave.map: Load it like a regular map. It's in the list of files when you click "Load Map" in the editor. It may contain a good version of your map if you have a lot of luck and if it didn't autosave any other map inbetween.
@ Mora: Yep, if I would do anything about it, it would be the warning text thing. Still annoying though because of localizations etc.

Then there should be a hint when u enter "Move the whole map" function. Adding "undo" would take much time but adding a hint what would tell u that "There is no way to undo ur action, please, save ur map before u do the shit" will not take that much effort but effective for those who dont know how it works.
bro i didnt even know that my map will got eaten from this tool also i dont know what is the useful thing in this tool

Like I said: Manually. This means you have to do all the work again for the lost parts. Sorry about that.
