Its a little game, also known as "Desktop Destroyer".
Its purpose is to destroy the desktop. Basically just taking an screenshoot of your desktop, and then you can choose tools what you want to use to destroy desktop.

To select tools, press Escape key once, and for quit, esc twice.

Works on Linux with wine too.

I know this program and - as far as I know - AntiVir classifies it as a virus (by mistake).
Or at least it did when I had this 'game' on my PC. (Long time ago...)
I dont know whether this still is the case.
