ill start with mine!
Mine came only becouse i love Half-Life but i picked the black mesa symbol as im a creator of some black mesa maps!
+ i miss Black Mesa good thing they are working on Black Mesa Source

. Now i use a picture of my favourite band's album "Symphony of Enchanted Lands". I could have choosed this or legend of zelda minish cap images

Before it , i had a green logo which reads "Unreal software"

That is why I created a animated gif and tried to limit its size to fit into unrealsoftware, well I failed couple of times... but I succeeded this time in uploading it. That's why you see a flame and KK as my initials in my avatar, all done with GIMP. I wish DC had more space/avatar bandwidth.

Then I wrote tkd down there, and since then it has been my avatar
i hope DC will awnser why he choosen his avatar
