it keeps going on till another key is pressed
it has been causing lotsa problems like too much keys to adress for the w+indow+s make it slow+er and this is the source of my cs2d problem i think...

Maybe look into your Startup for a hidden Programm?+
Mostly its under Start -> all programms -> Startup

i clean it every week and i never drop stuff on the key board
the problem comes and goes
i think restart fixes the problem but since i run my computer straight from 7 am to 11pm theres not much of a restart
gonna do some restarts and test

This can be caused in a number of ways and is quite common in ageing keyboards. Not with the same keys, but the same problem.

As you state yourself, you clean it every week, and after a while of this kind of abrasion, tracks start to fade, meaning keys can get misinterpreted as the signal doesn't reach the controller as expected. Also, the small circuit board may also have tracks that have worn and split or have some transducive residue connecting tracks. Hell, even a layer of dust can make a difference.

My advice is to test the machine with another keyboard. If you get the same error, you know it's a software problem, if you don't, check the circuit board for any tracks or nodes joined by dirt or a stain or something. If you can't find any, buy a new keyboard cause you'll have broken tracks which are damn near impossible to find (being that a split no wider than a human hair can cause a complete break).
