Hi there i made a little Tutorial to make pictures move:

1 )go to www.gifninja.com and it should be like this http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/3963/67354642.jpg click what the picture say (Create an Animated Gif)

2 )upload your pictures and chose the speed http://img338.imageshack.us/img338/7097/74285873.jpg

3 ) click 'Make my gif' when you done http://img52.imageshack.us/img52/5216/20300489.jpg

4 ) you will see your image , right click on it and save as (my picture is X) http://img80.imageshack.us/img80/272/91005159.jpg


then open the file and you will see your picture moving!
have fun!

Note: Don't upload 1 image upload atlest 2
