and to answer your question: why do I let people violate rules? because this is not fucking minority report dude. I can't look into the future and ban people before they actually violate the rules.
I'm running this website for several years already. I know how to IP ban and there is a huge blacklist of disposable email providers at this website... so please stop claiming random shit! what you are saying is simply wrong.
