How to make skins metallic?

You need to learn this:
• To know where the lights
• Do not shade too much
• Firstly make a skin

You see one of my skin, many say good. But for me, no.
It need improvement, but i won't update. Just make for fun.

• Imagine lights are above this gun.
• Draw lights strips on it.
• Edit a bit, and don't make too much shading on the light strips.
