I think his browser does not store cookies on that page for some reason. Perhaps he only had "login" cookie set but no "PHPSESSID": he logged in using unrealsoftware.de domain but tries to download files on www.unrealsoftware.de which is not allowed to set cookies. Doesn't sound like a site issue.
