1.When i start my pc i have to wait 10 minutes till it start
2.I cant move back from recycle bin becouse it lags like a but.
3.When i download it stops on 99 and then i wait 30 seconds till it finish.
WTF? is my pc hacked?

Do you have many programs installed? When did you cleaned your registry the last time? Did you ever defragmented your hard drives?
Are all drivers correct and uptodate?
Have you installed anything from the internet the last days?
It could however be possible that you got a virus or some worm. Are your firewall and antivirus setting correct and uptodate? What security software do you use?
Do you often use the Internet Explorer (there are some tricks to get viruses arround the firewall and such stuff if the victim uses IE)?
i dont have much programs installed and this slow thing is since today -.-
Get another Antivirus (Avira Antivir is good), deinstall some unneeded software, defragment your hdd and then we'll see what happens.

today i saw my father on the comp. and i asked him was it slow like yesterday and he seys not that slow...
i dont know later il be on the comp and see it there any
thing like yesterday...
