And I have Fatal Error
on this site u can check if ur pc can play gta.
i have run this test to and on my pc it dont work
EDIT: test resutats:

Run Windows Update.
simple google ur video card name and click on there offical website(any onter website is maby a bad one)
on most sites there is an button called update click this button and find ur video card and download the newest update.
and u need directx 9.0c for GTA IV instal this to.
and as u can see in my first post i have 1.024 mb system memory and u need 1.536 system memory you can simple go to a shop and buy 512 mb system memory or 1 GB (some PC like mine cant handle a 1GB memory) open ur pc and place tihs memory (this is how a system memory look like: picture http://www.notebookcheck.nl/typo3temp/pics/87c4d82125.jpg
and if ur pc realy sucks just like mine buy a new one
Buy some ram chip,a new video card,and a 2.0 ghz processor
If you try to run GTA 4 on that kind of PC it would crash the whole computer
or you would get 1 FPS
and whats the code of the fatal error?
I would suggest you buy a console to play it in or forget GTA 4
GTA china town wars is 10x better
if that doesnt help then Buy a new Graphic card
but expect a new error with this comp
