it took 5 mins to change the pic, more or less.
after a while watching posts (after i made this1) it changed finally.

(i even deleted my old pic then uploaded the new1, when i uploaded the new1 it appeared like the old1)

When it says it is changed just wait some seconds, or minute, and go to your profile. Then the new avatar will show. That is how I do. Works fine.
