WTF? Of course we have! Everyone has one! visit your profile and check "Posts".

you can post something in the trash section when you are thinking that it is too stupid for the off-topic area. however in most cases it is better to post nothing if you are already thinking this way (because this probably means that it is rather pointless and trashy).
short: no it is not against the rules.
