Besides that, we already have threads with similar poll.
Still, going along with it, I'd say all moderators are good just that some aren't active. That's not a problem but most people would think that an inactive moderator isn't worthy to be considered a "good" moderator. If I had to name it,
Starkkz and 0a are the most helpful on the forum (as they do most stuff of all moderators), followed up by useigor keeping an eye on file archive comments and me cleaning up the file archive little by little. 
Of course we must persuade DC to make sure the moderators do not fight with each other to win this cool prize.

Thug Life: That's Engineer, easy to check out. Discussion About Moderators instead of creating this thread and "What is the best moderator" is pretty nonsense. Rainoth and @ Starkkz surely, because they are the most active and they followed the rules perfectly. It's my opinion.But, I couldn't do that so I voted to @
