Do you have network lags or does the game lag in general?
If your problem is the second:
Play around with the graphics settings and, if possible, switch the rendering engine (some games can use both opengl and directx), this helps in most cases.

well umm.. it lags in game im still on training mission 2 and ive been playing for an hour or 2 come one, i need to fix this lag
Err... if the gameplay is to slow for you (e.g. the missions seems to be senseless long) then you should choose another game.
There is no patch for this "lag"
perhaps it's to old/slow for those games.
It's kinda a hard training course too.
