Why do you even need to know a DLL's content? Normally you wouldn't have to care about that as long as you're not a programmer.

Illegally downloading music is also against the eula for Limewire, but when has that ever stopped anyone from doing it, furthermore, the topic of this topic was to generate suggestions as to how to view dll file, I was only providing a suggestion. Thirdly, how else can you view the binary file other than decompiling it. Fourth, if it is forbidden by the EULA of proprietary software to decompile a binary, then why the heck are there decompilers out there in the market today? Even then, the legality of decompilation of binaries is not relevant to the topic at all...

Ever used a hex editor? That is the typical way to look at a binary without decompilation.

Most of them are to recover old or lost code from remaining binaries, or for optimizing them in assembler/op-code if the original compiler is to crappy

Well, of course both decompiling/disassembling and hex-viewing would be possible, but I doubt LenZ could understand the disassembled/decompiled or even binary code.
So it's not really much of a solution.
