Windows XP Intel Pentium 4
if you need a higher openGL version, you need a better graphics card.
It's just like DirectX, if your card doesn't support DirectX10, you can't use it!
i think you either have a ATI or a Nvidia!

edit: it says you have a 845E chipset. I found this:

just select your os and get the media graphics whatever acceleration download and install it

all of them say this system dosent meet minimum requirements
when i try to run a game i get

the rage 128 pro is an ATI graphics card. you can download drivers for it at www.ati.com
btw: google is your friend. whenever you see a name and don't know what it is: ask google.
